Return & Refund Policy

Every yarnintera piece is handcrafted to order with care. Because of the made-to-order nature of our work, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair to both you and us.

1. General Policy

All yarnintera products are made to order. We invest significant time, materials, and skill into creating each piece specifically for you. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if there is a genuine issue with your item, we will work with you to resolve it.

2. We Accept Returns / Refunds For:

  • Item received significantly different from what was described or shown
  • Item arrived visibly damaged due to production (not transit handling)
  • Wrong item sent entirely
  • Item never received (after investigation with courier)

3. We Do Not Accept Returns For:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Minor colour variations due to screen differences or yarn lot
  • Slight size variations (handmade items may vary ±1–2 cm)
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Custom or personalised orders (cannot be resold)

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order details (name, order reference)
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and respond within 2–3 working days. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a partial/full refund. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before production begins. If cancelled in time, your advance payment will be refunded in full. Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible as materials and time have already been committed.

6. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your claim and supporting photos
  • We review and respond within 2–3 working days
  • If approved, refund is processed within 3–5 working days via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalised or custom-made items (e.g., items with specific colour requests or personalisation)
  • Items that have been used or washed
  • Items where damage occurred after delivery
