Shipping Policy
We ship across Pakistan with care, so your piece arrives exactly as it left our studio.
Production time
Every yarnintera piece is made to order. Production typically takes:
- Small accessories (keychains, small pouches): 3–7 days
- Standard bags: 7–14 days
- Custom or large pieces: 14–21 days or as agreed at the time of order
You'll receive an update once your piece is complete and ready to ship.
Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery within Pakistan takes:
- Lahore: 1–2 working days
- Major cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan): 2–3 working days
- Other cities and towns: 3–5 working days
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We use reliable courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged in protective wrapping and sealed for safe transit. Larger pieces are shipped in branded boxes to keep their shape intact.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we'll share the courier name and tracking number via WhatsApp or email so you can follow it to your doorstep.
Delays
While we do our best to ship on time, delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues, weather, or public holidays. We'll keep you informed throughout.
Damaged or lost orders
In the rare case your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. We'll work with you to make it right — either a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
