Welcome to Yarnintera. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Yarnintera

yarnintera is a handmade crochet studio based in Lahore, Pakistan. All products — including bags, keychains, phone cases, pouches, and accessories — are original, handcrafted pieces made to order. Each item is unique and crafted with care using metallic and t-shirt yarn.

2. Made-to-Order Policy

All products are made to order. We do not keep ready stock. Production begins only after your advance payment is received and the order is confirmed. Because each item is handmade specifically for you, slight variations in colour, texture, or size are natural and are not considered defects.

3. Payment Terms

yarnintera operates on a split payment model. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • 50% Advance — Due at order confirmation. Production does not begin until this is received.
  • 50% Before Delivery — Remaining balance due once your order is ready, before it is dispatched.

Since each piece is handcrafted to order, the advance payment protects both parties and ensures commitment before production begins.

Accepted payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer

4. Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed only once the 50% advance payment has been received and acknowledged by yarnintera. Please send your payment proof (screenshot or transaction ID) via WhatsApp or email. yarnintera reserves the right to cancel orders where advance payment is not received within 24 hours.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery time is 4 to 10 working days from the date production is completed, depending on your location. Delivery charges are PKR 450 (flat rate, Pakistan-wide).

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted as materials and time have already been committed. If you cancel within 12 hours and before production has started, your advance payment will be refunded in full.

7. Customisation

We welcome customisation requests. All details must be confirmed before the advance payment is made. Changes after payment are not guaranteed.

8. Product Accuracy

Minor variations in colour (due to screen settings or yarn lot) and slight size differences (±1–2 cm) are normal for handmade items and do not qualify as defects.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, and content on the yarnintera website are the original work of yarnintera. Reproduction or copying without written permission is not permitted.
